David Evans was born in Newfoundland and developed a love of woodworking at an early age. He climbed the ladder from general laborer to Production Manager of a furniture manufacturing company in Ontario. He has returned to Newfoundland to produce this line of specialty hardwood games and game tables.
Our custom designed cribbage boards and chess boards are made from Newfoundland birch that is cut and kiln dried locally. Each is finished in an environmentally friendly waterbased hydrocote which seals in the natural beauty of the wood.
